Frog Museum
Misasa Onsen is famous as the natural habitat of the Kajika frog. Three Frog Museums around town display a collection of frog dolls and figures.

Chokoku-no-Yakata
An array of sculptures awaits you at this gallery. The sculptures made from peeling Koyadofu (dried tofu) are well worth the visit.

Misasa Shrine
A huge zelkova tree stands near the shrine. The purification fountain is a hot spring, and many people come to drink it and pray for their health.
Yakushi-no-yu
Tourists and locals alike love the ashiyu (foot bath) located halfway along the main street. Other foot baths include Hakuro-no-yu and Kabu-yu.
Curie Square
Since these are radium hot springs, this square was built in honor of Madame Curie, the discoverer of radium. The square features a bust of Madame Curie and an outdoor stage built in the style of the Arc de Triomphe.
Misasa Sanbashi
The Mitoku River passes under Koidani Bridge, Misasa Bridge and Kajika Bridge as it flows through Misasa Onsen. Their styles are unique, and examples of that uniqueness include being built of blue granite or using Azumayatsuki (traditional Japanese style). The famous Kawaraburo (riverside hot springs) is located below Misasa Bridge.
